I’m a proud Colorado native with a deep love for this state—its sports teams, iconic outdoor concert venues, and the wildly unpredictable seasons that make Colorado, Colorado. I grew up in Parker and the surrounding communities and have since returned to raise my own family here, giving me strong firsthand knowledge of the area both past and present.
Throughout my life, I’ve had the opportunity to live all over Colorado, from South Denver to Fort Collins, where I earned my degree from CSU in Housing and Design. My journey also took me from Denver to Breckenridge (where I briefly invested in the art of being a ski bum) and to the Western Slope in Grand Junction. While I haven’t seen it all, I’ve been fortunate to experience a wide range of Colorado communities and lifestyles—insight I bring directly to my clients.
In addition to being a real estate agent, I am a professional home stager, which gives my clients a distinct advantage when preparing a home for sale. I understand how to position a property to appeal to today’s buyers, maximize value, and minimize time on the market—often without unnecessary spending.
I specialize in 45+ living and senior transitions, whether that means downsizing, right-sizing, relocating closer to family, or navigating the sale of a longtime family home. I understand these moves often come with extra layers of emotion, logistics, and decision-making. My goal is to be your trusted advocate, guiding you through every step, answering all your questions (even the ones you don’t know to ask), and delivering a smooth, informed, and positive experience. It's personal to me, buying or selling a home is a life changing event and should be treated that way.
